Janet E. John Kocsis, III, Esquire was the founder of the Office.  He was admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania and New York State courts and the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Northern District of New York, and Western District of New York.  He was a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and University of Tennessee College of Law.  John Kocsis became deceased in 2018.
